Schedule an InspectionMost roofing companies grow by adding sales reps. We grew by keeping the same core installation crews together for years at a time, which means the people measuring your roof today are the same people who will be up on the ladder installing it next week. That continuity shows up in the details: consistent nailing patterns, properly lapped flashing, and ridge vents that are actually centered.
Our estimators are trained to look past the roof itself. Soffit ventilation, gutter pitch, fascia condition, and siding clearance all affect how long a new roof will last, so those items show up on every proposal even when the homeowner only asked about shingles. It costs us a little more time per estimate, and it has saved our customers thousands in avoided callbacks.
We are members of regional roofing and remodeling trade associations, maintain active licensing and full insurance coverage, and carry manufacturer certifications across the major shingle, metal, and siding lines we install, which is what allows us to offer extended workmanship coverage most competitors cannot match.
A predictable process is the easiest way to avoid the surprises that make home renovation stressful.
An estimator walks the roof and exterior, photographs problem areas, and measures for an accurate material takeoff, no rough guesses.
You receive an itemized quote covering materials, labor, disposal, and warranty terms within 48 hours of the site visit.
Once materials are ordered, we confirm a start date and walk you through what to expect during the work, including noise and driveway access.
Before we consider the job finished, we walk the property together, review the work, and answer any remaining questions on the spot.
Feedback from recent re-roofing and exterior remodeling projects.
“We bundled a roof replacement with new siding and the crew coordinated both so well that the whole project finished in under two weeks. The house looks completely different.”
“Appreciated that the estimator pointed out our soffit vents were blocked before we even asked. That kind of detail is why we went with them over a cheaper quote.”
“Same crew from the first measurement to the last shingle. No subcontractors passing the job around, which made a big difference in quality.”
J Stanovic Roofing started as a two-person crew doing repair work between larger contractor jobs that nobody else wanted to schedule. Homeowners kept asking the same question: why does the estimate from the smaller company explain more than the one from the bigger company? The answer was simple. We climbed every roof ourselves instead of sending someone to eyeball it from the driveway.
That habit never changed as the company grew. Today our crews still walk every roof before quoting it, still photograph the decking before covering it back up, and still explain material choices in terms a homeowner can actually use to make a decision, not industry jargon meant to close a sale faster.
Get a written, itemized estimate with no pressure to sign on the spot. We will walk you through options at every price point.
